The Clean DRAUGHT Process

No matter how big or how small the job is, corners are never cut. We follow the same process every time to ensure consistent quality of service.

Detailed Pre-Clean Inspection

Before every clean we inspect everything from the faucet to the keg to identify any issues before we start including fobs, gas system/pressure and cold packs as necessary.

Rigorous Flush

We use a industry standard caustic cleaning solution to flush all lines. The solution is given 25 minutes of contact time. Taps are flushed until all debris is cleared. In extreme cases we do an acid flush.

All Faucets & Couplers

All faucets are removed and completely disassembled, soaked in caustic solution and scrubbed. Every keg coupler is caustic soaked, scrubbed and inspected for leaks.

Upgrade Seals

Faucet and coupler seals are inspected and replaced with new seals as needed to ensure tight seals to prevent foaming.

Gold Standard Reassembly

Once all faucets and couplers are soaked, scrubbed and inspected the faucets are reassembled and inspected for proper fit then the lines are given a water flush.

Hookup Kegs & Pour Test

Kegs are hooked back up one by one and inspected for leaks from keg to faucet. We verify every line is pouring clean and smooth.

Thorough Post-Clean Inspection

A final wipe down of the cooler and bar/tower is done, fobs are checked that they are back in proper operation, final checklist is completed and a final taste test performed by techs who appreciate the taste of a quality pour to verify a complete job.
